Congress voted aid for Israel with specific limitations as to how it was to be spent. But, Clinton has never paid Congress a great deal of attention when he wishes to bypass their authority. Congress voted money explicitly for aid to Israel - most of which has to be spent in America, thereby creating American jobs.

Clinton and Barak, two experts in lying to their constituents, put their heads together and illegally allocated $300-400 million dollars out of the budget Congress voted of $1.8 Billion for the year 2001 in order to build Barak’s nonsense fence at Israel’s northern border with Lebanon. This silly, almost useless barbed wire fence cannot keep civilians from touching each other. One fellow even tossed a watermelon across Barak’s "Folly Fence". Barak’s wasteful spending on a public relations gesture could have been better spent on a squadron of F-16s or other defensive equipment for the war that is surely coming that Barak helped initiated with Clinton’s meddling.

Hezb’Allah is arming the Palestinians in Lebanon, with Syrian and Iranian assistance so the attacks with continue but, with their terrorists armed with more advanced and deadly weapons. Their objective is to drive Barak from his present on-his-knees position to flat-on-his-face. He has already renewed his begging of Assad to call off the Hezb’Allah and the newly armed Palestinians. Naturally, the Palestinians will also take their ‘Green Lights’ from Arafat as his Palestinians did in Kuwait in their alliance with Saddam.

Bill Clinton (meddling for his friends in the Arab community who have been so generous in financing He and She) that he couldn’t care less if there is a war launched against Israel after leaves the Oval Office and he gets his ‘Nobel Peace Prize’. Clinton only cares about his place in history which first requires that he extracts his reputation from the cesspool of his life.
