Defense Minister Mordechai today (Sunday) 13.9.98, warned terrorists and Hamas not to try and attack Israeli citizens.

At the end of a meeting with 30 outstanding IDF sergeant-majors at the Defense Ministry, Mordechai said, "The two terrorists killed had Jewish blood on their hands. We will carry out the necessary steps in order to reduce the possibility of attacks on Israeli citizens. I warn all those on the other side who call for attacks on Israeli citizens that they should know that any attempt to attack us we be met with our willingness to do whatever is necessary to protect the State of Israel, its citizens and public security."
